So I've been on a real chickpea kick lately and this is usually my breakfast/lunch. Toasted 12 grain bread – 90 calories, small handful of arugula, microgreens, 2 radishes – 15 calories? total, homemade chickpea salad. This is harder to estimate but this serving is half to three quarters cup of smashed canned chickpeas, one tbsp of light mayo, one tbsp 2% Greek yogurt, chopped celery + seasoning+++. So filling!! Easier to eat with two slices of bread obvs haha
