You have to unlock it. After your second box is ordered, this reward will become available for you to claim. Claim it. Order three meals and a dessert and your dessert will be free. You have to choose a dessert that falls within the reward. I’ve used both of these recently.

Mine is doing this too. I ordered my third box two weeks ago but it still says I have one more to go until I unlock the first reward.
