Got a bunch of different types of chili’s I’ve grown for making hot sauces!
This is mango, garlic and 4 types of chili’s left to ferment.
I’ll post the results in a week when it’s done fermenting!

    Is it going to be a tomato based hot sauce, or vinegar based?

  2. Anyone know how you can make hot sauces like that without vinegar? I kinda hate the taste, so maybe lemon juice could work?
