INGREDIENT
5 large yellow potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
INSTRUCTION
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
Step 2
Rinse the potatoes under water. Peel and cut into wedges.
Place the potato wedges in a large bowl. Cover with boiled salt water and let sit for 20 minutes.
Dry the wedges with paper towels.
Step 3
Put the potato wedges in a plastic food-grade bag.
Combine with bread crumbs, olive oil, salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese, and paprika. Mix well.
Shake and coat the wedges into the crumb mixture.
Step 4
Place the wedges on the prepared baking sheet and spread them to make a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and turn wedges. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until crispy.
