Daydreamed this open-faced sandwich while coming out of a prolonged fast – homegrown sprouts, homemade sourdough bread, cashew cheeze spread, and olive oil/truff mayo. Mashed Morningstar black bean burger, dill pickle slices, fresh dill. Avocado and capers with mayo & fresh dill on the side. The “greenest” – and most “homemade” – sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Added the missing sliced tomato after the first few bites. Could only manage half, this was a SOLID sammie! 😋🌱🍅🥑
