Tried the viral rice base pizza.
Base:-
So, blend the rice with an egg.
Grease the pan
Spread it on the tray and cook at 220°C for 15-20 minutes. Spreading will be rough, its a sticky batter but spread it out evenly, not thin, not thick.
Toppings:-
Pan fry some chicken cubes or use left over chicken.
Throw in some Salami.
Loads of Mozzarella cheese.
Back in the pre heated 220 oven for 10 mins.
Don't care, but it's gluten free. The rice base was crispy too.

I sometimes do this on bread, and it’s really tasty.
