Made this Keto Salad:
-Spinach
-Ground Beef
-Goat Cheese
-Cheddar Cheese
-Black Olives
-Olive Oil with chili
-Sriracha (has like 33g of sugar per 100ml, so only added a few drops as I love it hot & spicy)
Forgot to add the cucumber that I bought and will definitely try to put in grilled chicken instead of ground beef.
Still tasted great, any tips on how to pimp it even more?

Crunchies, I would want crunchies like cheese crisps or pistachios.
Spinach can be a bit tiring on its own, might mix 50-50 with romaine or mixed baby greens.
A little sriracha mixed into ranch dressing is delicious.
I discovered that if you take a few hot banana peppers (Bicks) and cut them up and add them to your salad, it really elevates the taste. You don’t need a salad dressing anymore, and it adds so much flavour
Vinaigrettes. Lemon, brown butter, etc
I use fruits in my salads. A little apple, strawberry, etc. for yours, strawberry. Or a little watermelon. Maybe a smear of allulose to go with the goat cheese and fruit.
Nuts. Toasted pine nuts are a fave. But nuts are a must.
Reduced balsamic vinegar. It’s great with goat cheese.
I love love love shaved asparagus. Just peel off the green outer layer and leave only the hearts. With arugula and a good vinaigrette and a little pear…the best salad I’ve ever had.
Try pepperoncinis, hard boiled egg, chopped bacon, cheese crisps or make croutons from the heels of keto bread.
sugar free ketchup
Walnuts and goat cheese is a legendary combo…perhaps add in a few different types of greens (arugula, kale) could probably get away with a very small portion of berries and it would be perfect
I like to use some sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds.
Onion and or garlic
Are you in the US? If yes, go to Jersey Mike’s. Buy a jar of cherry pepper relish.
T-Bone works for me.
Looks great! Slivered almonds?
Sliced almonds and/or pepitas.
