Bought this things yesterday and they work like a charm.. after reaching the desired temp and keeping it for around 1 hr so the pizza stone reached the desired temp, I added the wedges and the egg kept hot around 600° for more than 2 hrs.
Pizzas cooked in around 10 minutes each ( only did 2 since I was testing the thing ) and family was supper happy
The last picture is from the top front of the egg that got some fog or for being on direct heat … I hope that I will clean that up later when the egg cool down.
Overall .. great purchase !!

It looks cool and in theory, useful. You’d be able to see the pizza as it cooks which is nice. But for the price I can’t justify just opening/closing the lid. Cool review though!
Does this thing only keep the lid partially ajar?
I was shocked at how well they work. I really like them. I find that it makes the heat go over the top of the pizza and cook more in time with the bottom.
When you use wedges, do you keep the top vent closed?
What’s under the pizza? I always have issues with the Pizza shovel and dough sticking.
