I have tried to use the sizzle zone on my Napoleon Rogue a couple of times now, but it always shuts off after a couple of seconds when the slightest bit of wind comes. I have a wind guard that you can see in the first picture.
Does anyone know what I can do here? Or do you think the problem is not the wind but something else?
