[homemade] Poutine sausage

  1. Made this beauty with my great friend yesterday. This poutine sausage is made with real cheese curds from Quebec, gravy sauce from St-Hubert restaurant, grilled sweet potatoes, pork shoulder, thyme, salt and pepper. Hope you will enjoy as much as we did! 🙂
