The perfect way to level-up your weeknight dinner! This FIRE🔥 recipe is quick, easy and makes for great leftovers! You can customize this recipe and add any of your favorites (I would add some chicken andouille sausage! 🤤)

INGREDIENTS
12 oz Linguine Pasta
1/2 cup reserved Pasta Water
2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, minced, divided
1 Yellow Onion, chopped
8 oz sliced Brown Mushrooms
1 lb fresh Shrimp (prawns) without shells, washed and deveined
1/2 tsp crushed Red Pepper flakes
1 tsp Paprika
Salt to season
8 oz pack Cream Cheese at room temperature
2 cups Milk
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/2 cup light Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Salt to season, if desired
2 tablespoons fresh chopped Parsley, to garnish
