Tonight was a grilled chuck steak, following the marinated chuck steak recipe from Delish.
Dare I say it wasn’t that far behind a good ribeye.
Probably the last meal on the Weber, rust seems to have gotten the better of it!

What’s on my grill?
Tons and tons of Hurricane Ian debris. Threw it out after the power came back on. Got a couple more weeks of use out of it than I thought I would. Was going to replace it anyway, but just haven’t gotten around to it yet.

Currently have a 3.5lb tomahawk on the Weber, about 225 and about 1.5 hrs. Just hit 95 internal. Why can’t I post pictures anymore?
