A client of mine is moving overseas and gave me one of their eggs with all the accessories. I’ve figured out some of the items like the smobot and lighter but don’t know what the half moon item is for, nor the smaller metal circle with holes and smaller open circular ring. Any help would be appreciated. TIA.

The half moon can go on the bottom rack of the EGGspander and you can do 2 zone cooking with it. One side direct, one side indirect.

Ok so the circle piece with holes goes on the bottom. Then you pour the lump coals on top. The triangle piece with 3 legs is the conveggtor. It’s used for indirect cooking like when you smoke meat low and slow. It has foil on it for easy clean up because oil drips on it.
That plate setter could use a cleaning.
