My first successfully carbonara pasta (I hope)

    I used :

    150 grams spaghetti

    150 grams guanciale

    1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk

    100 grams pecorino romano

    pepper

    salt for the pasta water

    And I could not eat all by myself, I thin I got about 2 portions.

    Looks good, only suggestion is that you may want to make the guanciale crisper.
