today i packed up my diet. this is what i ate today (1213 calories), can someone tell me any improvements please?

    The only thing I could say is maybe adding more protein, probably adding a meat or other protein source in your dinner would help, but other than that this is a great diet. 😁👍

    Breakfast can have an egg or cheese or tofu or deli meat for protein, maybe half the breakfast can be savory and half sweet, like half savory sandwich and half sweet or savory sandwich plus sweet low cal drink. Snack 1/2 add greek yogurt for extra protein.

    As someone else, it’s light on protein for me but otherwise it looks nutritious and you hit your calorie goal. What kind of improvements would you be looking for?

    Your healthy fats are very low. You need .3g per lb of body weight. This diet is all carbs, with a touch of protein

    some thoughts.

    if you add meat as guys advise here , and which is not bad, you will boost your calories, and you are already reaching 1200 kcal. then, you will have to cut back on carbs, imo.

    I personally have already got rid of noodles, crackers, chick peas, rice and any other grains. I replaced them with veggies: fresh, boiled, roasted. I always have meat/fish for lunch/dinner, an egg or feta for breakfast; also, cottage cheese.

    actually , I’m not on a 1200 budget, but even for me it’s difficult to squeeze into the stuff I mentioned before – only in teeny tiny amounts. I’m more about volume eating, bc I like variety and feeling of being full. And there is a subreddit for it, just in case. veggies help me a lot.

    I liked your warm apple, did you just warm it up in a microwave?
