  4. I love cooking my Flank steak in crockpot after marinating it overnight.
    But, we oven roast our peppers and onion bc they just get too mushy cooked in the crockpot. This is the best way to cook a flank steak and makes THE best fajitas! Susan

  11. We have made this twice and family loves it. I could not find any flank steak not super expensive so I bought the thin sliced steak around 2 lbs that u can find on clearance a lot around here. I seasoned the same and do brown in a pan. It also makes an AMAZING omelette with the left overs like a southwest omelette. Thanks for recipes!
