200g of sweet potato
60g chocolate protein powder
120ml almond milk
5g baking powder
12g chocolate jello pudding mix
12g Dutch process cocoa powder
30g sweetener
Top with 45g sugar free chocolate chips

Blend until smooth.

Bake at 350 for 25-30mins

620 calories
54g protein
86g carb
18g fat

I usually eat half or split into quarter slices, it’s a huge portion so I don’t think I could eat the entire thing in one sitting but maybe if you’re REALLY, REALLY hungry… you could.
