    Love the recipes steve , this is more like corned beef "MASH" with a cheese topping
    Traditional, it's a word we use for " just like mum used to make 🙂

    I make and have corned beef at least once a week, do the same method but in addition I put in a finely chopped whole onion in with the potatoes and use two tins of Princes corned beef, generally heat the whole lot through on the hob and eat it with two slices of buttered bread,
