That needs to be reseasoned! Just scrub with a brillo pad with soap and reseal it with some oil!

Clean it and oil it. Maybe Google how to season a pan or a wok.

Clean it.
Soap + scrub & water
It should either be black (seasoned) or gunmetal gray (unseasoned)
Dry it and put it in the stovetop and heat dry for a couple of minutes
Apply some oil (the smallest ammount you can) and with a paper towel (or a towel) aplly the oil to the whole surface
If it looks wet (it will), clean the oil
Heat it for some time in your stove (till it smokes), and make sure to heat the whole surface area. Repeat this process a couple of times (3 to 5 layers = great)
If you don’t plan on using it in the next couple of weeks you can apply a lil bit of oil on the wok

Wash and dry the wok over heat. While hot, wipe a thin layer of Crisco over the wok. Oil tends to go rancid.
As others have said, you just need to clean it and then season it properly. Afer you season it right, maintenance is pretty easy. Just don’t leave it wet and apply a thin layer of oil.

Season it with flax seed oil. Nothing else works nearly as well.
