    2.5 lbs of chuck steak

    Half a green pepper sliced into strips

    Half a Jalapeño sliced into strips

    Half a sweet onion sliced into rings

    Black pepper

    Garlic powder

    Kinder’s beef stew seasoning

    Jar of beef gravy

    Cook meat on low with seasonings, green pepper, and onion for 5 hours. Add the carrots and let it go on low for 2 more hours. 7 hours on low total.
