Ordered the 1/2 lb carnitas. Can ask for just the meat, or add in skin or buche (stomach) for no extra charge. I got the mix. I think it's pretty solid, reminds me of taco joints in Houston.
Also have the option to get corn or flour or both. Came with cilantro, pickled red onions, limes, a red and green salsa. Red was unimpressive and mild, but the green brought the heat. Overall a good joint.
