[Homemade] Corned beef brisket with cabbage, salt potatoes, and soda bread.

  1. Cooked the corned beef sous vide at 172°F for 24 hrs before searing and slicing. Cabbage was shredded and sautéed with onion and bacon. Red potatoes boiled then tossed with butter, salt, and parsley. Also baked a quick soda bread before starting the cabbage and potatoes.

    Are you in Buffalo? Because I’ve never heard anyone refer to “salt potatoes “ anywhere but here!
