• LiteLife tempeh, 1 package cut into strips
  • avocado oil

Sprinkle salt + pepper and sear. Do it again so both sides are crispy. Then add this mixture:

  • 2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce (I used Robbie’s)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp agave

Toss tempeh to coat with mixture, cook until liquid slightly evaporates and becomes a little thicker. Serve!

    Ooo yum I’ll have to try this! I’ve been doing tofu skin in between rice paper brushed with a soy/oil/seasonings mixture and baked in the oven til crispy/chewy. It can be a lot of work tho
