
Sliced and scooped sourdough baguette. From bottom to top – Guacamole, thinly sliced red onion, Picanha (cooked 129° 4 hrs Sous Vide, sliced thin with meat slicer), grilled onion and bell pepper, melted havarti, topped with a mix of spinach & arugula tossed in a citrus mustard sauce. So good, and the Picanha was melt in your mouth tender.
