    Sourdough English muffin (120) toasted and topped with 2 Tbsp of Philadelphia salmon cream cheese (60), some cucumber (basically 0) on one half and everything bagel seasoning (0) on the other. Dannon Light & Fit yogurt (80) and black coffee (0).
