I made this today and it was delicious! I would have never thought to make acorn squash. It's on the menu for my next Thanksgiving. Thanks for the recipe. I only cooked mine for 40 minutes. I had to cut the heat down to 400 to keep it from burning.
I just tried it 15 minutes ago… and the taste is totally awesome… or as I like to say… devilishly divine. Will definitely be part of this year's Christmas Holiday Dinner!!! 🤗🤗🤗

You can eat it with the skin on it?
I had mine in 18 mins and started burning. 450 is too high.

Bit too much chili, bit too much glaze. It's probably better with less added stuff and more just acorn squash flavour. Mind you, it looks great!

*amazing tip to soften Squash prior to cutting is to put in microwave for 3 minutes. It works!!!*

Soooo… the skin…. edible? I dont see anyone complaining…. just seems tough to chew…
Use a ziploc bag first to mix all together …THEN put on baking sheet … so much more efficient.
I enjoyed the combination of rosemary and chili powder. Game changer!
