I like a smaller lunch and breakfast so I can enjoy a big dinner & snacks! This week's simple prep: tuna or chicken salad pack (70-80 cals for the ones I picked), apple, carrots, ritz crackers, and almond milk chocolate kisses! I like to have this with a small pack of jerky (approx 80 cals) and a diet coke 🙂 Simple and yummy

Looks great! Eating to many carrots may cause yellowish discoloration I’ve heard.
