Used to eat a lot of canned sardines as a kid, but moved away from them.
Ate heaps tinned tuna and salmon when going to the gym, but have been drooling over this subreddit for the last two weeks.
Thought I would go to Woolies and dip my toe in.

Safcol in hot sauce is pretty good. Lower quality deens but the hot sauce actually has a lil heat, unlike most chilli oil/hot sauce varieties, which is nice.
