Another easy recipe video! This time we are making GLUTEN FREE & VEGAN cookies. So so easy and simple! Here are the ingredients:

1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 almond or soy milk

Bake at 180 C for 10-12 min

  1. I tried these cookies (cut the recipe in half) and they were tasty but they crumbled apart as I tried to pick them up. Any idea why this could be? 🙁

  3. Just made these – I used the Swerve Brown Sugar (around 145 g) and they came out verrrry tasty! I also used oat milk. I would say that you need to exercise some patience and gentleness on transfer to the cooling rack as they are far more delicate than you'd imagine but after a few minutes they hold well …that is until you crunch them. 🙂

  4. Baked these cookies with kids. They had alot of fun.. very easy recipe. Would recommend to reduce the quantity of sugar a little bit if you don't like too sweet cookies.

  5. Thanks for the recipe! I blended the oats to oat flour and used swerve brown sugar and sugar free chocolate chips because I was craving chocolate. Still so good!!

  7. I just baked these with coconut sugar and date syrup instead of the vanilla and brown sugar….and they came out great! Thanks for sharing this recipe!!! I added some spices as well❤ and used homemade hemp milk.

  8. This was my first time making cookie and this was not good. The cookies crumbled when I picked them up and taste was not good at all.
