

Was at my local Matthew's supermarket (scottish chain of Asian supermarkets) and I found this fish cake bar and figured I'd try it.
But I'm unsure how to actually cook it, I assume cause it's quite thick I'll need to defrost it first?
Or should I lightly thaw in microwave and then fry it in oil?
