    I have been on a maintenance break but I’m ready to lose the last 7lbs! I focus on protein, fiber, and mostly whole foods. Buttt I do sneak in treats throughout the week. I repeat a lot of meals so I won’t be sharing my eats every day, but I hope this helps keeping me accountable!
