I could understand (kinda) if these were the actual pans they were cooked in. A hot hand or cover attached to the handle etc saying look we can’t get this food out any faster/fresher to you. I still don’t agree with that approach but there could be a functional reason for that… This is just hey let use pans as plates? Why?

It absolutely baffles me to pay huge money for food served like this. Like they can improve their plating it’s not that difficult
