
I used immi ramen (5g) and boiled for 9 mins. Baked frozen meatballs because I was feeling lazy, the brand is “no name” 7 of them for 2g and they were actually bomb! Topped with 1/2c of raos marinara (5g)
The side salad is baby arugula. The dressing is 1/2c avocado oil, 2tsp dijon, 2tbsp lemon juice, a couple grape tomatoes sliced in half, salt, pepper and topped with shredded Parmesan! This meal was delicious and so filling.
