Macros of the day! 1192 total calories, 44g protein (whoops!), 174g carbs, 14g fiber, 31g sugar, and 36g fat. Definitely didn’t eat the greatest today, but still proud of myself regardless! Especially as someone with high food triggers in a shopping mall XD

Congrats on the discipline I find mall shopping very hard, bubble tea! Pretzels! Packs of dates! Frozen yoghurt! Aaaaa!!
