



Hi folks!
I'm fairly new to sourdough baking and instagram introduced me to the 6 minute score in which you score your design, Bake your bread lid on for 6 minutes and then do your expansion score. Honestly I love the results. What do you folks think? Any suggestions for getting a better oven spring?
