    Having a couple friends over tonight. I really like how apple flavors work with pork. Smoke is apple wood, wet bath is an occasional hard apple cider. Pork is a 10.5 bone in with a pretty thin fat cap. Rub is Bad Byron’s Butt Rub. Occasional spritz with equal parts apple cider vinegar, apple juice, and bourbon.
