HOW it’s MADE:
In a bowl, place 100 grams of pitted dates and pour over enough water to cover them. Let them soak for 30 minutes. In the meantime take 200 grams of strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Put the cut strawberries in a bowl. Add two pinches of salt and blend until smooth. Then, add the dates and blend until everything is finely chopped and mixed together. After the jam has thickened, transfer it to a clean jar or container with a tight-fitting lid. Store the jam in the refrigerator for up to one week. Enjoy your homemade Raw Vegan Strawberry Jam on toast, pancakes, oatmeal, or anything else your heart desires!
