Got inspired by the posts with tortilla pizzas. Fast, delicious, and if you have access to low cal tortillas, quite beneficial.
I put feta, but it wasn't really necessary. (I was getting rid of leftovers). Cottage cheese would be definitely enough.
1 serving is 290 cal, 9gr protein. I have 1.5 with soup. Pretty good and filling.
