
Sharing my favorite diet recipe!
Ingredients:
-Chopped cabbage (enough to cover the bottom of the pan)
-3 tbsp chopped kimchi
-100g rice
-half can of tuna or 1 chicken sausage
-half tbsp minced garlic
-Soy sauce 1tbsp
-Red pepper powder 1tbsp
-Monk fruit sweetener (or any sugar substitute) 1tbsp
-1 egg
- Stir fry cabbage in the olive oil
- Add kimchi and minced garlic to the pan
- Add soy sauce, red pepper powder, monk fruit
- Add tuna and rice
- Mix everything well
- Plate once it's cooked
- Fry an egg and put on top of the rice
- Can add sesame oil & sesame seeds if you have !

My recipe is almost same.
I put cabbage very last minute for keeping rice crunch/crisp
(Stir fry cabbage separately one time before add. because of moisture)
