Best Pizza I’ve had so far in NYC earlier this week at a place in Chelsea called Cucina Alba. Sadly it’s only served on Mondays but my Christ it was perfect! Reminds me of Lucali but without the long ass line.

    The owner of cucina alba is a partner in Lucali as well so not surprising it’s a similar pizza.

    The chef there, Adam Leonti, used to do the Brooklyn Bread Lab, so he really knows his way around grains and a good bake
