Snow-Kafe
It literally says “overnight” and “sweet enzyme.” Don’t know how that fits in that recipe.
Thanks everyone, now i know it’s a product. The reason i was desperate with this translation is I’ve tried one of their recipe and it was so good.

Might also add that 저당 for the overnight specifies that it’s for the low-sugar recipe version, while 고당 for the Sweet Enzyme refers to the high-sugar version. Kind of like how Red Yeast is for doughs with plain/regular dough & Gold Yeast is for sweet dough.

Italian product that’s literally called Sweet Enzyme, apparently improves the dough
You made me curious and made me look it up.
