Hi, guys! The question is in the title. Please, tell me what you do. I've been logging my calories for 30 days now, and I was happily subtracting calories I burned running or walking (walking significantly, not around the house)
Well, today I had a sort of enlightenment 💡. If I took into account these types of activities when I calculated TDEE (and I did), I shouldn't actually subtract them 🤔🥹
What do you think? What is your experience?
