9/10 poutine, the level of browning they achieve on their fries is perfect. Not burned, but also deeply brown for that maillard flavour and crispy. Also a great contrast in textures between the crispy fries and soft fries doused in gravy, as I don’t tend to like too much sauce on my foods, so I can taste everything.

Also, I admit as a Canadian I have not eaten too much poutine in my life (shame), but this place was the first to introduce me to what squeaky curds really are.

My only critique is I think I would prefer a beef based gravy rather than a vegetarian base, for that extra savouriness and depth of flavour. If you combined the fries and cheese of NomNomNom with the gravy from the brown food truck on U of T campus, that to me would be the the ultimate combination.
