– roasted zucchini with garlic powder
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Slice zucchini.
3. Mix with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
4. Roast for 20-30 minutes.
