

Was my first time trying 물 냉면 since I only ever made bibimyeon because I thought the broth would be weird—like sweet, making it like a snack/dessert.
Didn’t expect it to be savory and almost sour, depending on your preference. I couldn’t finish the whole pack. Divided it to two servings, wanted to eat the second bowl after lunch but I really didn’t think about how fast the noodles would get soggy! 😭
