Would it kill them to use a tag, instead of black ink, to mark these ?
Is it Hoisin ? Which is the soy ? Could it be proprietary HF Magic Sauce… 🤔

I suspect a tag or sticker would literally gum-up the internal workings of the machine..
Rolls of pouches are sent through a machine made by Dangan from Japan. An Astron machine is what we called it. I worked at a HelloFresh affiliate, GreenChef, years ago that greatly reduced the number of workers from 5-6 to 2 “bag” the sauces and produced 100s of times faster per hour.

To that end, perhaps a more colorful ink used on darker sauces would be easier to read than black.., like yellow or lime green?
Look the quantity required on the recipe and you will know wich one is soy or hoisin 🤷🏻♀️
