Just tried out a new recipe on my Big Green Egg, and it was a hit! I made grilled chicken kabobs, which are super easy to make. I brined the chicken breast in salt water for a few hours, then marinated it in Greek yogurt and spices overnight. Grilled at 400-450°F for 10-12 mins with the lid closed, then a quick sear with the lid open for 1-2 mins each side. They turned out great, with just the right amount of kick. My younger one asked to make it into a sandwich, while we ate them as-is. Definitely adding this to my list of go-to recipes for the Egg!
