heres everything i ate today trying to stay at 1550 – my mom likes to bake a lot so i ended up eating these banana almond balls that she made which sent me over by around 150 cals, but im young and my mom won’t be around forever so even though im trying to stay at my calorie goal, i can afford to eat what she makes sometimes (i also shoveled two forkfuls of kale walnut salad into my mouth but i didn’t log it)

  1. brekkie: egg veggie scramble with avocado on low carb tortilla
  2. failed attempt at protein chia seed pudding
  3. a bunch of tomatoes
  4. chicken stir fry
  5. vegan cream cheese and zaatar sandwiches cb
  6. half a tbsp of almond butter
  7. two and a half of those chocolate balls my mom made
  8. oatmeal with fruit 😛
