Mushroom Cavatappi! One of my favs, always a re-order
I added garlic bc wtf kind of pasta recipe doesn’t have garlic? Also added Italian seasoning to mushrooms. Served mine with tons of red pepper flakes.

Oh, also, it says to “wash out the pan” between cooking mushrooms and sauce which I absolutely did NOT do bc why on earth would I want to miss out on that glorious umami flavor in the sauce? Very silly.
Next time I will add spinach for more greens, and maybe some sun dried tomatoes!
