Thank you for the warm welcome ☺️ I did a trial run yesterday with no expectations and realized that 1200 is definitely doable. I never realized how many extra calories I consume with unnecessary layers of butter and mayo and cheese and extra cooking oil .. hoping this gets me where I need to be. I am starting right now at a very high weight and needing to lose 90 lbs. It's daunting, and Keto and low carb have failed me because I was consuming too many calories. I know I need to exercise, but one thing at a time. I am a solo parent of 2 young kids and I work full time. They're too old to throw in a stroller and too young to leave unattended. I am up at 5 am every morning to get the kids to school and daycare and then to work a busy office job but I sit on my butt all day. By the time I get home it's 5:30 and I need to cook and do the bed time routine and clean up and get ready for the next day. And I am next level exhausted, I don't stop until about 10pm, I crave quiet me time so I end up staying up too late and am in a constant state of sleep deprivation. I will work on that. I eventually will work exercise in.. if I can manage to take a 30 min lunch break I'll try to go for walks amd I reeeeeeally need to get back into yin, cause mama is STIFF.

ANYWAYS — here's my day. I wasn't hungry a bit! And still had icecream!
